Homemade Sausage

Add to 1 lb. ground pork:

Italian Sausage:
1/2 c. applesauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. sage
1 T. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. cayanne pepper

Breakfast Sausage:
1/2 c. applesauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. onion powder
