Quick Honey Carrots
1 bag baby carrots (1 lb.)
1 T. honey
2 tsp. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried thyme (or 1/2 tsp. fresh)
1/8 tsp. pepper
Toss all together in a microwave safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high 6-7 mins.
