Tuna Cakes

8 oz. tuna (2 cans)
1/8 c. chives or green onions
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1 egg 
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
 salt & pepper, to taste
 butter, for frying
  
Mix all ingredients, except butter, together until well combined. Melt butter in a frying pan.  Form patties and cook until nicely browned on each side.
