Fish Marinade

1/2 c. olive oil
1 T. lemon juice (or serve with slices of lemon)
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 shallot, minced
2 tsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper

Mix all and pour over fish fillets. Marinate in fridge at least 30 mins.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
